Made a list of ways I’d like to be the other day. It was in all caps:
FLUSH W SELF
Whenever I feel off I think really hard about how I want to act, and wonder why I would need reminders about it instead of just being. Also, a few days after having written this list, I’m not too sure how I feel about productive. Is it really necessary? But, it stays for list accuracy. Flush with self does, too, even though it is cheesy as all hell.
